    Hi, thank you for making this video. I’ve been very stssered out for an extended period. On top of that, I get to handle some abuse issues from my past. I went to Brain Integration Therapy today, and this was the perfect addition to my healing practice. Your style of leading is easy and I let even more stuff go. I’ll be doing this every evening before sleep and even in the day when I need to recenter. Thank you so much. It really helped.
