As a habit change expert, my approach to transforming habits is the result of 30 years experience serving clients who are dealing with all kinds of habits that create problems for themselves and others. (That includes the habit of worrying about someone else's habits!) As a holistic therapist, I've developed a step-by-step process that can help you stop feeling energetically drained, wondering what you're doing wrong or what's wrong with you, and start creating healthy habits that serve you in moving your life where you want to go.

I always thuoght this was one of the sweetest gestures a man can do for a woman(especially when it’s a car/truck door). I remember one time Moy and I were on our way to Amarillo, and we stopped at Clarendon to have breakfast. As we were leaving, an “older” couple was right in front of us. The older gentleman went around and opened the door for his lady, while Moy was making his way around to do the same for me, the older gentleman placed his hand on Moy’s back and approached him and said, “Wow..it’s good to see us gentlemen still around!” I thuoght it was very sweet of him to say that because it put a BIG smile on Moy’s face. Needless to say, that’s one of the LAST times Moy’s had done that. But I’m glad to see there ARE still gentlemen around!
